After you login to your router's user interface, click on the Tools tab at the top of the page. Click on Firmware from the menu on the left-hand side. Scroll down the page. Under Firmware Upgrade, click on the Browse… button. Locate the .bin file you downloaded and extracted before. Highlight the file by clicking on it once and then click Open.
